Order acceptance

Each part of any order that you submit to Kailea constitutes an offer to purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation message from us acknowledging receipt of your order, please contact our customer service department at hello@kaileahealth.com before re-entering your order. Our confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Kailea will only occur when we email you confirming the goods have been dispatched. Until then, we reserve the right to decline your order.

Order issues

We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order, or fraud prevention. We will notify you if this happens.

International shipping

We make no guarantees that we will be able to ship to you if you reside outside the United Kingdom. Please contact us at hello@kaileahealth.com if you have any questions about whether we ship to your location. You may have to pay customs charges and any import fees before your local postal service releases your package. Please be aware that we do not collect these charges and that it is your responsibility to pay these fees to your local agency.

5. Billing & payments

Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order promptly at the time the fee or charge becomes due and payable. You must provide Kailea with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal account ("Payment Provider") as a condition of making a purchase. Additional Bank Fees

Kailea is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees resulting from charges billed by Kailea. Please check with your bank for details.

Conditions for returns:

You may return any item purchased from Kailea, provided that it meets the following conditions:
- You have initiated the return process within 30 days of receipt.
- If you have purchased multiple bottles of the same supplement, only one bottle may be opened or used. As each bottle is intended to last 30 days, this ensures that only a month's supply has been consumed, aligning with our 30-day evaluation period

Refund process:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
